Our home suffered from significant weather tight issues and we engaged the services of Five Star Construction to undertake a complete reclad.

We made the decision to remain living on the premises during construction and the Five Star team were very sympathetic to our needs. e used Five Star Construction for our recent modernising renovations for our family home in Khandallah. The works included reconfiguring the existing house layout (living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, flooring, roofing) both structurally and cosmetically.

The communication throughout the project’s duration was very good and upfront and as a result we had no nasty surprises, which helped with our budgeting. Gerald was also able to give great practical advice and recommend key contacts such as draftsmen/architects and engineers to help get our project running and off the ground. Five Star also project-managed the majority of the siteworks and their subcontractors which was extremely useful, significantly reducing our own administration level.

The tradesmen were honest, hard working, highly skilled and great to deal with. Any additions and alterations to the original scope was handled very well and in a very can-do way.

The five star team delivered the finished renovations as expected and to a very high level of workmanship. We are extremely happy with the end result and would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering renovations, building or project work, big or small.
