Renovations

We have many years’ experience in carrying out complex renovations. As such, we pride ourselves on respecting the intricacies involved and ensuring physical tasks are supplemented with good organisation, clear communication and reporting.

In addition, our sub-contractors are equally versed in the language of renovations so, collectively, we can deliver the product you desire.

Recladding

With the NZ Building Code, design, compliance and level of care having failed thousands of New Zealanders, there has, and unfortunately, still is a very serious problem with leaky buildings. In addition, there are major product issues in terms of failure and durability – creating a wave of legal precedents and heartache.

Through our association with an innovative cladding and flashing system, we have made some very good contacts in this field. Whilst it’s not glamorous work, nor a job that many clients can get excited about, it is something that we have excelled at.
